Terms & Conditions

1. By accessing or participating in any events, services, purchases, or activities provided by UrbanAirsoftAssociationLLC (“UAA”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. • If you do not agree, you must refrain from using UAA’s services.

 

2. ELIGIBILITY • Participants must be at least 13 years of age to register independently. • Participants under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian provide written consent. • UAA reserves the right to verify age and deny participation.

 

3. SAFETY REQUIREMENTS • Protective eyewear must be worn at all times during airsoft activities. • Participants must follow UAA staff instructions, posted rules, and safety protocols. • UAA reserves the right to remove any participant who violates safety policies without refund.

 

4. EQUIPMENT & USAGE • UAA provides equipment for certain events; participants may also use personal equipment at their own risk. • Participants are responsible for the care and return of any rented equipment. • Misuse of equipment resulting in damage, danger, or injury may result in removal and liability for costs.

 

5. ASSUMPTION OF RISK • Airsoft involves inherent risks, including but not limited to: eye injuries, welts, bruises, slips, trips, falls, or equipment malfunction. • By participating, customers voluntarily assume all risks associated with airsoft activities.

 

6. PAYMENTS & FEES • All purchases are subject to UAA’s posted pricing and must be paid in full prior to participation. • Refunds, cancellations, and credits are governed by UAA’s Refund Policy.

 

7. SHIPPING & PRODUCT SALES • Physical product sales are subject to UAA’s Shipping Policy. • Certain items may be restricted in specific jurisdictions; orders may be canceled if shipping is not legally permitted.

 

8. MEDIA RELEASE • Participation constitutes consent for UAA to photograph, film, or record events and use such media for promotional, educational, or commercial purposes without compensation.

 

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY • To the maximum extent permitted by law, UAA, its owners, staff, partners, and affiliates are not liable for injuries, property damage, or losses arising out of participation in activities or use of products. • This includes claims of negligence, unless prohibited by applicable law.

 

10. CONDUCT & REMOVAL • UAA expects respectful conduct from all participants. • Harassment, unsafe behavior, or violation of event rules will result in removal without refund and possible permanent ban.

 

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY • All logos, names, promotional materials, and website content remain the property of UAA and may not be copied, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

 

12. GOVERNING LAW • These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. • Any disputes shall be resolved under Texas jurisdiction.

 

13. ACKNOWLEDGMENT • By registering, purchasing, or participating in UAA activities, customers confirm they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.---------------------------------------------------------------
