Urban Airsoft Association LLC - Waiver and Release of Liability

By participating in any activities or events organized, hosted, or sponsored by Urban Airsoft Association LLC ("UAA"), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions. Your participation is entirely voluntary and is a binding agreement to this legal disclaimer.

Mandatory Safety Briefing and Training: Before being handed any airsoft equipment or allowed to participate in any game, all participants will receive a mandatory safety briefing and basic gun safety tutorial. This training will cover the safe handling, operation, and storage of airsoft replicas, as well as general field rules and emergency procedures. You are expected to pay close attention, understand, and adhere to all instructions provided during this briefing. No participant will be allowed to "run around with" a replica without first completing this essential safety training.

Assumption of Risk: You understand and acknowledge that airsoft is a sport with inherent risks. These risks include, but are not limited to, bodily injury, eye injury or blindness, cuts, bruises, fractures, or even death. These injuries can be caused by projectiles, slips, falls, collisions, or other participants. By participating, you voluntarily assume all risks, known and unknown, associated with the sport and related activities.

Personal Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your own safety and the safety of any minors under your supervision. This includes using and maintaining your equipment properly, wearing appropriate safety gear (especially approved eye and face protection), and following all rules and instructions provided by UAA staff. Any failure to follow these rules, or any improper use of equipment, is done at your own risk.

Release of Liability: In exchange for being permitted to participate in UAA activities, you, for yourself and on behalf of your heirs, personal representatives, and assigns, hereby release, waive, and discharge Urban Airsoft Association LLC, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, or causes of action arising from any injury, loss, or damage to your person or property while participating in UAA activities, regardless of whether such injury, loss, or damage is caused by the negligence of UAA or any other person.

Medical Consent: In the event of an injury, you consent to receive medical treatment which may be deemed advisable in the event of an accident, injury, and/or illness during this activity. You also agree to be responsible for any and all costs associated with such medical treatment.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Urban Airsoft Association LLC from any and all liabilities or claims made by you or any third party arising out of your actions while participating in UAA activities.

Acknowledgment: By engaging in any Urban Airsoft Association LLC activity, you agree that you have read this legal disclaimer and fully understand its terms. You agree to be bound by it and acknowledge that you are giving up substantial legal rights.
