PARTICIPANT WAIVER, RELEASE OF LIABILITY,

ASSUMPTION OF RISK & INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT

(Texas Law Governs This Agreement)

1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

I understand and acknowledge that participation in airsoft activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Being struck by airsoft BBs

• Physical exertion, slips, trips, falls, or collisions

• Use, misuse, or malfunction of airsoft equipment

• Activities conducted in mobile units, temporary structures, indoor or outdoor locations

• Actions of other participants

I voluntarily and knowingly assume all risks, both known and unknown, foreseeable or unforeseeable, even if arising from the negligence of Urban Airsoft Association LLC, to the fullest extent permitted by Texas law.

2. RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY (TEXAS)

I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Urban Airsoft Association LLC (“UAA”), including its owners, officers, employees, contractors, volunteers, affiliates, sponsors, host venues, property owners, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of or related to my participation in any UAA activity.

This release includes, but is not limited to claims for:

• Personal injury

• Property damage

• Emotional distress

• Illness or death

This release applies even if caused by the ordinary negligence of the Released Parties, as allowed under Texas law.

3. INDEMNIFICATION & HOLD HARMLESS

I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all claims, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from my participation, my actions, or my failure to comply with UAA rules or instructions.

4. SAFETY RULES & CONDUCT AGREEMENT

I agree to:

• Follow all verbal and written instructions given by UAA staff

• Wear required eye and face protection at all times in active areas

• Never remove protective equipment during live fire

• Only fire airsoft devices in designated directions and areas

• Conduct myself in a safe and respectful manner

I understand that failure to follow rules may result in immediate removal without refund.

5. EQUIPMENT RESPONSIBILITY

If I am issued airsoft equipment by UAA, I agree to:

• Use equipment only as instructed

• Not intentionally damage, modify, or misuse equipment

I understand that I may be financially responsible for loss, theft, or intentional damage to UAA property.

6. MEDICAL AUTHORIZATION

I authorize Urban Airsoft Association LLC to obtain emergency medical treatment for me (or my child) if deemed necessary. I accept full financial responsibility for any medical services provided.

7. MEDIA RELEASE

I grant permission to Urban Airsoft Association LLC to use photographs, video recordings, or other media of me (or my child) taken during events for marketing, promotional, and social media purposes, without compensation.

8. MINORS – PARENT / LEGAL GUARDIAN CONSENT

If the participant is under 18 years of age, I certify that I am the parent or legal guardian of the minor listed below.

I consent to the minor’s participation and agree to all terms of this waiver on behalf of the minor, assuming full responsibility for the minor’s conduct and safety.

9. ACKNOWLEDGMENT & ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE

I certify that:

• I am 18 years of age or older, or the legal guardian signing above

• I have read and fully understand this agreement

• I am signing this agreement voluntarily and knowingly

• This agreement is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted under Texas law
